Why not pre-order before you even get to the bar? Then when you arrive you already have drinks ready for you so you don’t have to line up for your first round!

T&Cs
Admission:
All reserved areas/tables are seated and standing areas which can usually seat around 50% of your group.
You must arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time, failing this your area will be released to other guests and charged the “No Show” fee.
1) We operate a strict over 18’s policy. If you’re lucky enough to look younger than 25, you will be required to show photo ID to gain entry!
2) Once you have arrived please make sure you introduce yourself to the bar staff so that they can look after you and show you to your allocated table – if you don’t let us know you’ve arrived for your reservation your card may be charged as a no show.
3) If you do not advise us how you’d like to redeem your deposit it must be used as a bar tab on the night. IF you do not spend your whole deposit/tab amount the remainder is non refundable.
(This is not applicable to £25/£50 card authentications as we do not take any money from you upon booking it just checks for that amount in your account. This only applies to deposits £100+)
4) At least half of your group must arrive within 30 minutes of the time stated above, otherwise we may open up your area to other guests.
5) If the number of guests exceeds the number stated above then we will not be able to give any more space and cannot guarantee entry.
6) Management reserves the right to refuse entry & re-entry.
7) At Simmons we cannot guarantee full seating, so please make your party aware.
8) We do our best to accommodate all requests regarding specific areas, however these are never guaranteed.
9) Simmons we like to adopt a good fun, party atmosphere and we get very busy so therefore we cannot guarantee full seating for your whole group; you will be allocated a mix of seated and standing space
10) Entry to Simmons Oxford Street and Leicester Square is £6 after 10pm.
11) Smart casual dress code- no sportswear
12) We do not allow vaping in our venues, any one caught doing so will be asked to vacate the premises.
Cancellations & No Shows & Deposits:
1) You can cancel your booking by sending us an email anytime up to 24 hour before you’re due to arrive (72 hours for groups of 15+ drinks area, and a week for function room and full venue hires) and there will be no cancellation fee.
2) If you fail to arrive on the night, or give less than 24 hours notice (72 hours for groups of 15+ drinks area, and a week for Function room, and full venue hires) then your card may be charged the amount you pre-authorized/ to secure the reservation, if a deposit was paid this will be retained by us and non refundable.
Happy Hour:
Simmons is free entry all night long (except Simmons Oxford Street and Leicester Square which is £5 after 10pm) and includes a multi-award-winning Five-Hour Happy Hour from 4pm – 9pm (3pm – 8pm at Simmons Soho, Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road, Greek Street, Leicester Square and Piccadilly) all week long, including:
