General Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Validity:

• The 2 for 1 cocktail offer is applicable only when purchasing two of the same cocktail.
• Saturday Happy Hour pricing applies exclusively during the “Power Hour” period.

2. Power Hour Activation:

• Free users are allowed to activate “Power Hour” once per week, from Sunday to Thursday, up to 11:00 PM.
• The promotion can only be activated once per week.
• The app account holder must be present and use their own device to activate and redeem the promotion.
• No screenshots will be accepted as proof of the offer.

3. Subscriber-Specific Benefits:

• Unlimited Power Hours: Subscribers can activate “Power Hour” once per day, any day of the week, up to 11:00 PM.
• Exclusive Offers: Access to subscriber-only promotions and discounts that are not available to free users.
• Free Entry to All Simmons Bars: Subscribers receive free entry to all Simmons Bars when they show their active Power Hour screen to the door team.

4. Billing and Payment (Subscribers Only):

• The subscription fee of £4.99 per month will be charged automatically to your selected payment method.
• If a payment fails, access to subscription benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
• The subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled by the subscriber before the renewal date.
• Subscribers will receive notice of any changes to the subscription fee at least 30 days before the new rate takes effect.

5. Cancellation (Subscribers Only):

• Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time through the app.
• Upon cancellation, access to subscriber benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds will be provided for partial months.

6. Account Responsibility:

• The subscription or any other promotions are tied to the account holder and are non-transferable. Only the account holder can access and use the benefits.
• Subscribers must ensure their payment information is up-to-date to avoid interruptions in service.

7. Management Discretion:

• Management reserves the right to refuse service, revoke, or suspend a subscription without notice if there is any breach of these terms or misuse of the subscription benefits.
• Management reserves the right to withdraw or change any offers without prior notice, at any time.

8. No Combining of Offers:

• Subscriber benefits and other offers cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

9. Refund Policy (Subscribers Only):

• Refunds will not be provided for any subscription fees paid, except where required by law.

10. General Conditions:

• Offers are subject to availability and may change depending on the venue.

11. App Usage for Private Hires and Function Room Bookings

• The Simmons Bars app is designed for individual users to access promotions, offers, and services as outlined within the app.
• The app cannot be used to facilitate or book private hires or function room bookings.
